Correct. Our automated bays use high-pressure water jets and specialty soaps only. Nothing physically contacts your vehicle's paint, windows, or trim.
How does the first free wash work?
New customers get their first wash free — no credit card, no catch. Fill out the form and bring the code when you visit either location.
Claim My Free WashDo I need to get out of my car?
No. Pull up, pay at the bay kiosk, and stay in your vehicle for the automated wash. You only exit if you want to use the self-serve bays or vacuums.
Can I use my membership at both locations?
Yes — the Elite plan ($40/mo) is valid at both Elgin and West Dundee. Deluxe and Ultra plans are single-location. One wash per day on all plans.
